Goblet Squat

    • Start with a single Dumbbell held close to the chest

    • Feet slightly wider than hip distance apart.

    • Toes angled outward 30-45 degrees.

    • Inhale, Push the hips back whilst bending the knees, aiming to keep the knees tracking over the toes a your body lowers down.
